FITNESS CLASS REMINDERS: For your Fitness Classes and weight / circuit training, please bring in HAND clean sneakers. We want to keep our floors clear from mud, snow, salt, etc. Yoga classes do not require shoes.
Enter in the SIDE DOOR closest to our private parking lot.
Doors only open 15min prior to a class. If the door is locked, a class may still be in session.
Please note doors will be locked 5min after class starts. Please be on time since this is a space for you and everyone else to reset, recharge, and take time for yourself. We ask that if you need to leave early that you are very quiet on your exit as to not disturb others.
Classes are subject to change - Please note this time of season can be hard on our immune systems. Please check Instagram, and your Venmo in case a class is canceled due to unforeseen sickness. Stay healthy out there Coalville !

A strong emphasis on breath & movement. It's a powerful & energetic form of yoga moving you fluidly from one shape to the next. We create internal heat to dive deeper into flexibility,balance,strength,physical/mental stamina. This class incorporates new sequences that becomes familiar to students with lots of options for FREE flow. As the body adapts, you will learn to take it deeper to intensify or use new variations to modify your practice. This can be as powerful or light as you make it.
We don't like to define this as YOGA, it's basically a workout with a bit of yoga to warm you up & cool you down. Incorporating Tabata, HIIT, strength training, & intensity! Like all yoga classes, sculpt has a mental and emotional focus. We will bring the energy in this class, the music will be loud, & even if you're new to working out, you can follow along with ease! Be ready to sweat & work, push past physical and mental boundaries.You're challenged to keep going!
Small Group Training classes are the Fitness Classes for those who want a hard workout that includes a bit of cardio, circuit training, plyometrics, resistance training, & balance all in one! It's a high & fast pace with few breaks to keep your heart rate high & lots of movement to strengthen the entire body. Class is capped at 18 people. More often you show up, the teachers will get to know you and your body, what works/doesn't work, how to modify & advance your workout! *Must have experience in the gym/working out .*
Special Event- A calm & healing practice with the use of props to help you relax. You will be invited to slow down & let your body and mind find peace in the present moment. 45min Yoga flow/45 sound. You will make yourself as comfortable as possible for a Sound bowl session. If you have never tried it - you gotta give it a go! The sounds and vibrational frequencies of the crystal singing bowls promote deep relaxation and sleep state of meditaeeling rejuvenated and reconnected to your body, mind,

This can be scheduled at the studio or in the comfort of your own home!
Buns and Guns is an aerobic and circuit training class that targets exercises that are 50% body weight based with moderate weights and cardio (you can ALWAYS take it higher or lower!) This class is especially suited for those who would like to take the workout in a class environment, but at their own pace, anyone new to the gym/working out, or anyone trying to improve core strength, flexibility, cardio health, and/or overall balance. We get a nice warm up and a good workout using minimal, BUT fun types of equipment.
Yoga for men! Bring a "bro" and come in for a class tailored to men! This isn't to say every yoga class is for every man- but this one is just for the Boys!
