Ashley Battersby - Teacher and Owner

Ashley Battersby is a Chicago Native and moved to Utah in 2002. She competed professionally in Slopestyle skiing for 17 years with the accomplishments of being a US freeskiing athlete, X-Games medalist, and Dew Tour champanion. After repetitive knee surgeries, in 2015 she made a life changing choice to retire and start a new chapter.  


Ashley's passion is now being persued as a fitness coach and yoga teacher. She offers classes from mindful meditation, Power Vinyasa flows, to Sculpt and small group training sessions.

As a former pro athlete, I know the importance of taking care of the body before there is an injury and keeping the mind focused for anything thats ahead. Cortnie Eldredge


Cortnie Eldredge

Cortnie was raised in Coalville, UT and is very excited to be teaching yoga in her hometown. She found yoga in 2017 and immediately felt the healing benefits of the practice. Cortnie is now attending a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and will soon be a 200Hour Registered Yoga Teacher!



"After having a Spinal Fusion in 2010 to correct my Scoliosis, I felt a sort of disconnect with my body. It felt so different! Through the practice of yoga and meditation, I slowly began to connect with my body again. I found true healing. I believe that yoga is for every BODY. And my mission is to provide a space where ALL bodies are welcome to come and move!"
